Whether you fancy an Easter egg hunt or a visit to a local museum, there are plenty of egg-citing options all over Northern Ireland. Here are five fun things to keep you entertained this holiday:
Enjoy some excitement at Belfast Zoo
Belfast Zoo celebrates 90 years with free activities between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm from Sunday, March 31, to Tuesday, April 2. You can pose for pictures with the fun walkabout characters around the zoo. There will also be an entertaining Easter trail competition with great prizes.
Take in the Easter season at the Ulster American Folk Park

You can also leave a message on the Easter Tree and enjoy traditional games, including the classic egg and spoon race. In addition to the Easter-themed craft activities, get ready to take in the live music in rural Ulster and try out food samples like barmbrack and hot-cross buns at the Ulster American Folk park in Omagh.
Have a fun-filled activity at Belfast One Easter Weekend
From today, Saturday, March 30, between 12 noon and 4 pm, partake in an Easter Egg Hunt, a mobile pop-up petting farm, face painting, a craft workshop, and more on 2 Royal Avenue in Belfast city centre.
Board a fun ride at Whitehead Railway Museum
On Monday, April 1, visit the Whitehead Railway Museum for a steam train ride on the museum’s 105-year-old locomotive. You can also explore the five-gallery museum and enjoy an Easter treasure hunt.
