The City of Derry Jazz and Big Band Festival is back. Ireland’s biggest jazz festival returns for the 23rd edition just in time for summer.
Holding from May 2nd–6th, 2024, the event promises to be bigger and better, with artists from all over the UK, Europe, Korea, and other parts of the world. Over 80,000 people are expected to attend to celebrate live music over the bank holiday weekend.
This year will feature 450 musical performances, including alfresco concerts, indoor gigs, dance workshops, and jazz parades across 72 venues. Most of the events are free, making live music and quality performances accessible to everyone.
